Uniform for Students

School Fees
Fees are collected in two installments in April and October. The fees will be remitted on or before the 7th of the month. Fees can also be remitted annually for the whole year in April.

Transport charges are collected twice a year in April and in October.

Examination System

The academic year is divided into two terms. The first term will be from April to September and the second term will be from October to March. Each term will have two Formative Assessments will be indicated only in grades in the achievement report. 

Minimum Attendance Necessary
A Pupil has to put in a minimum of 75% of the attendance of the academic session including attendance put in a previous school, if the student has been admitted on transfer.

Examination

1. A student not appearing at the tests will be marked absent and would be discredited for the same.

2. If on medical grounds, the student is not able to appear in the tests, the application for the same supported with a medical certificate issued by a doctor of Govt / Municipal Hospital only countersigned by the parents must be submitted. In such cases leave would be marked in place of absence & student will not suffer. Such certificate and application must be submitted within a week of the tests at the latest.

3. If a student is absent in Annual Examination on medical basis, he/she has to appear in his examination after – wards and when arranged by the principal.

4. Class work and Home work, which have due weight age in annual promotions need to be to be regularly watched and taken care of by the parents.

Rules Of The School

1. On working days and at the school functions children are expected to wear the uniform prescribed for the session. They must come to school neatly dressed or else they must will be sent back and will be liable to disciplinary action.

2. Children are strictly forbidden from going out of the school during school hours without permission from the Principal.

3. Books, Notebooks, Bags, Tiffin box, etc. should bear their name and class of the owner. The school is not responsible for any such thing that gets lost.

4. Those who bring bicycles should keep them properly locked at the place fixed for them. Cycling in the school premises is not allowed.

5. Once a student attends the school, he / she will not be allowed any sort of leave. In case of emergency the child will be escorted home by the parent with the written permission of the principal.

6. Class monitors shall maintain the class discipline in the absence of the teacher. All students should Co – operate with the monitor in maintaining discipline in the class.

7. No student shall go out of the class without out – pass.

8. No student shall loiter in the school and disturb the teaching of the other classes. Free time is to be properly utilized in the reading room and library.

Special Rules & Regulations

1. Gifts: Giving money or gifts to staff members / wardens is strictly prohibited and students are also advised not to give gifts to their classmates when they celebrate their birthdays.

2. Non-Payment of fees: IThe school will strike out the name of the student off the roll or stop him or her from appearing for any examination including external examination for non-payment of fees.

3. Visit by Parents / Guardians: Parents / Guardians can visit their ward and their class teacher only after 4.00pm. In exceptional cases and emergencies they may visit their wards after obtaining permission from the Director / Principal.

4. Procedure for Pick-up of student during Camp-Off: Parents are requested to come in person to collect their wards or send the Family ID card with the guardian in case if they depute a guardian to collect their wards.

5. Costly Items: Costly items such as electronic items, perfumes, gel and cell phones are banned in the school and these items will be confiscated and will not be returned to the parents or students.

6. Colour Dress: Colour dress will be permitted only during the Birthday celebrations.

7. Disciplinary Matters: For any case of gross indiscipline, students may be expelled from the school and it is mandatory for the parents to come and collect such children from the school.
